Week 2

Finally .. Berjaya juga buat entry baru. Entry untuk week 2&3 agak lambat updatenya. Sy update di week4. Semuanya sebab lupa, banyak sangat cuti, banyak assingment kena hantar (^.^)'

Btw, setiap kelas sy ada catit info/ilmu baru yang sy dapat dari kelas food industry. So, i just continue to write the new info that i get from this class. Yezza. And i want write it by point.
Week 2
Roti expired, but you can eat it for a week after the expired date.
Info ni kalau ikutkan memang sy baru tahu, tapi sebelum ni memang sy akan makan je roti yg dah expired. Selagi tak tumbuh cendawan, makan je. Rupa-rupanya mmg boleh makan pun.

Questioned all the food that you buy.
Yang ni Dr suruh amalkan or do as forever assingment. Everytime when you at supermarket, please see everything information about the food.
Lecithin = soy base.

I also learn the important of food industry and the definiton of food industry.

This blog was created by me to write and share my subject that i take for this semester, FSM3001 Introduction to Food Industry taught by Dr Fareed Ismail. On the first day of class, Dr. Fareed explain a bit about the subject that we will learn what the food industry is, the assessment marks and After hearing all the information and explanations from Dr Fareed, I feel very excited to continue to study this subject. Saya nak tambah lagi cerita entry kali ni sebab masa kelas kedua minggu pertama yang lepas, Dr cakap boleh guna bahasa Melayu, oleh sebab itu, saya bertambah lah excaited untuk menulis blog, Hahaha, Untuk minggu pertama ni saya masih 'blur2' lagi sebenarnya sebab, yelah baru start kelas kan. Homesick and penerimaan tempat baru, dunia baru, orang baru tak 'terbiasa lagi' :D
Minggu ni Dr cerita tentang FOOOOOOD je semua. Macam mana pemprosesan makanan tu berlaku, where is the food comes from ? and many more, Contohnya macam coklat, Mana datang nya coklat? Mestilah dari buah koko dari ladang kan. Minggu ni tu je kot yang saya nak cerita. Ok jumpa lagi. Trm ksh kpd yg sudi membaca especially Dr Fareed ^.^
